摘要

Abstract

To identify suitable sowing dates and base fertilizers for the bolting-resistant Chinese cabbage cultivar Guichiza No.2,field experiments with different transplanting dates and fertilization regimes were conducted in Zhenyuan County,growth and physiological indices were evaluated.The results showed that transplanting on April 11 or April 23 had minimal effects on yield.When ammonium nitro-phosphate compound fertilizer was applied as base fertilizer,the growth period of Guichiza No.2 was shorter.In contrast,mature cattle manure slightly delayed growth.The combined application of 2 000 kg/667 m2 cattle manure+50 kg/667 m2 ammonium nitro-phosphate compound fertilizer significantly improved nitrate re-ductase activity,root activity,and net photosynthetic rate at the early heading stage.Higher proportions of compound fertil-izer in base fertilizers reduced transpiration rate,while increased cattle manure raised inter cellular CO₂ concentration.In conclusion,transplanting dates had negligible impacts on yield,whereas the combined use of mature cattle manure and am-monium nitro-phosphate compound fertilizer optimized agronomic performance.This practice is recommended as a key culti-vation technique for Guichiza No.2 in Zhenyuan County during spring-summer seasons.
