马铃薯脱毒微型薯施肥配方研究
Study on the Fertilizing Program for Virus-free Micro-tuber

Abstract
Using virus-free stem cuttings of potato cultivar Weiyu No.3,six fertilization treatments were evaluated for their ef-fects on yield and growth parameters.The results showed that survival rate was highest(97.65%)in T7(no potassium)and lowest in T1(compound fertilizer K).Plant height(26.17 cm)and stem diameter(7.11 mm)peaked in T4(chemical fertilizer+bio-organic fertilizer+foliar fertilizer),showing 11.79%and 8.79%increases over control,though without statistical signifi-cance.T4 achieved maximum values with Tubers per plant,marketable tubers per plant,marketable tuber number per unit area.Total yield(104.53 yuan/m2gross output,13.93 yuan/m2,higher than control 5.94%and 63.13%respectively.The inte-grated fertilization regime(T4)demonstrated optimal productivity and economic returns for Weiyu No.3 cultivation.关键词
