不同视角下探讨溃疡性结肠炎最新发病机制的研究进展
Exploring the latest pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis from different perspectives

Abstract
Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic and non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease,characterized by the continu-ous and diffuse inflammatory changes of the rectal mucosa.In recent years,with the change of people's life style and various life factors,the incidence of UC has gradually increased worldwide,and the peak age of incidence groups shows a trend of younger age.The pathogenesis of UC is complex and not fully defined,but it is closely related to genetic factors,environmental factors,in-testinal flora dysregulation,immune system disorders,abnormal signal pathway conduction and other factors.The interaction of these factors may lead to continuous inflammation of intestinal mucosa,thus causing a series of symptoms of UC.Although a large number of studies have explored the role of genetic,environment,intestinal flora,immune system disorders and signaling pathway abnormalities in UC,they mostly focus on the independent influence of a single factor and lack a systematic analysis of multifactor interaction.From an innovative multi-dimensional perspective,this paper integrates for the first time the interaction of genetic sus-ceptibility genes,dynamic balance of intestinal flora,abnormal activation of signaling pathway and the immune system,and re-veals the mechanism of how these factors act together to lead to persistent inflammation of intestinal mucosa.This systematic anal-ysis of multifactorial interaction not only provides new perspectives on the etiological mechanism of UC,but also brings new hope for the development of personalized treatment programs and improving the quality of life of patients.关键词
