Analysis of urban residents'low-carbon travel evolution based on network game theory

Abstract
To promote low-carbon travel among urban residents,an evolution game model of urban residents'low-carbon travel behavior was constructed.Firstly,the interactive structure of urban residents'travel was constructed based on the small-world network;Secondly,a utility factor was introduced to characterize individual variability,and the probability strategy updating rule for Fermi dynamics was established with the rationality level of residents as a variable to simulate the actual decision-making process of residents'travel mode choice;Finally,the parameters of the road congestion delay index,the policy incentives,the non-low-carbon travel cost,low-carbon psychological rewards and the degree of congestion were analyzed through Monte Carlo simulation experiments on residents'adoption low-carbon travel.The results indicate that the increase in low-carbon psychological reward α promotes residents'adoption of low-carbon travel.Furthermore,as non-low-carbon travel cost M increases and policy incentive L is enhanced,the proportion of low-carbon travel increases by approximately 25 percentage points and 29 percentage points,respectively,compared to the initial level.Influenced by the individual's limited rationality characteristics,the promotion impact of policy incentives on low-carbon travel behavior is limited.The study results provide theoretical support for the optimization of low-carbon travel policies,which is of positive significance for the realization of sustainable urban transport development.关键词
