麝香草酚对猕猴桃采后霉腐菌的抑制作用及气象因素对其保鲜效果的影响
Inhibitory effects of thymol on postharvest rot fungi in kiwifruit and influence of meteorological factors on its preservation effect

Abstract
The effects of thymol,a natural plant extract,on the growth of the main postharvest rot fungi in kiwifruit were investigated,and the mold rot rate of kiwifruit after thymol treatment and the influence of meteorological factors on its preservation eflect were dis-cussed.The results showed that 120 mg/L of thymol could inhibit the growth of the pathogens and the production of patulin for a cer-tain period,and did not affect the quality of kiwifruit.Under room temperature conditions,treatment with 300 mg/L thymol could sig-nificantly reduce the rot ratio of kiwifruit.Temperature and humidity were important factors affecting the preservation effect of thymol.This study provided a strategy for the prevention and control of postharvest diseases of kiwifruit based on thymol,and provided techni-cal support for the application and promotion of thymol in postharvest preservation of fruits and vegetables.关键词
