猪链球菌中常见的毒力调节因子研究进展
Research progress of common regulators of virulence in Streptococcus suis
摘要
Abstract
This article elucidates the types and concepts of common virulence regulators in Streptococ-cus suis(SS),and focuses on reviewing the regulation of virulence and related mechanisms of five regu-latory factors,including two-component signal transduction system,transcription factor,quorum sens-ing system,RNA-binding protein,and sRNA.Currently,there is a lack of in-depth analysis of the comprehensive regulatory network and molecular mechanisms in the research of virulence regulatory factors of Streptococcus suis.In the future,advanced biotechnological approaches could be used to ana-lyze the molecular regulatory network and mechanism of virulence regulators to enhance our under-standing of the pathogenic mechanisms of Streptococcus suis and improve prevention and control strate-gies.关键词
