Abstract
Under the background of the new era,new stage and new requirements,the implementation of the support plan for reservoir immigrants in the later stage is of great significance for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting the development of immigrants.Taking reservoir resettlement in Benxi City as an example,combined with the planning goals and tasks from 2021 to 2025,the current situation and existing problems are analyzed from the four aspects of beautiful home construction,industrial transformation and upgrading,entrepreneurship and employment capabilities,and infrastructure improvement of scattered migrants,and scientific,reasonable and highly operational planning countermeasures are proposed.The results show that the implementation of the support policy planning for the later stage of the reservoir resettlement has significantly improved the production and living standards of immigrants,and has higher expected economic,social and environmental benefits.At the same time,the safeguard measures for the implementation of the plan are discussed.These measures can provide reference for scientific preparation of reservoir resettlement plans and promotion of subsequent development of migration.关键词
