Abstract
To ensure the safety of reservoir operation,before the flood season,the water level of the reservoir should be kept below the flood control limit.The Bayi Reservoir is mainly composed of dam,spillway,and water conveyance tunnel.It is a small-scale reservoir that is mainly designed for flood control and also incorporates irrigation and comprehensive utilization.When the inflow of the reservoir is more than the water consumption,the water can be stored or released according to the actual situation;when the inflow of the reservoir is less than the water consumption,the stored water will be released according to the requirement of water;when the water level of the reservoir is higher than the normal storage level,the spillway will freely discharge the water.This paper mainly analyzes the flood control regulation methods of the reservoir and the emergency rescue measures to be taken in the case of different emergencies occur at the dam.关键词
