Abstract
The implementation plan of the small reservoirs maintenance project in 2021 of Ru'nan County was guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,fully implements the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 3rd,4th and 5th Plenary Sessions of the 19th Central Committee,and closely focused on the water control and water management ideas of"making up for the deficiencies of water conservancy engineering and enhancing the supervision in water conservancy sector"in the new era,which has significantly improved agricultural production conditions.Based on the engineering standards for the maintenance and repair of small reservoirs,this paper analyzes the maintenance measures and project estimates of three small type(2)reservoirs of Fenglou Reservoir,Zhouzhuang Reservoir and Xiaoliangsi Reservoir in accordance with the relevant standards of small reservoirs formulated by the Henan Provincial Department of Water Resources and the Henan Provincial Department of Finance(Tentative)and the Maintenance,Management and Protection Quota of Small Farmland Water Conservancy Projects in Henan Province(Tentative).关键词
