灌区末级渠系水价测算分析
Analysis of Water Prices Calculation for the Final Canal System in Large Irrigation District
摘要
Abstract
The comprehensive reform of agricultural water prices is an important measure to promote water conservation in agricultural,enhance the efficiency of agricultural water use,and ensure sustainable development of agriculture.To achieve this goal,it is suggested to conduct further calculation of water prices in a scientific and reasonable way.This step also plays a core role in maintaining the positive operation of water conservancy engineering works,and provides references for the precise subsidies and incentives in agricultural water management.Taking Hangginhou Banner of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,in the paper the water prices for the final canal system are calculated in a scientific way,the water fee affordability of water users are analyzed comprehensively,and the reasonable suggestions for implementation of water prices are proposed.The study results will be helpful to support the negotiation and pricing of water prices for the final canal system in large irrigation districts.关键词
