中药有效成分治疗肺纤维化研究进展
Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Effective Constituents in Treatment of Pulmonary Fibrosis
摘要
Abstract
There are more and more studies on the role and mechanism of TCM monomers in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis,show-ing the characteristics of multiple targets,multiple pathways,and multiple pathways,mainly focusing on regulating TGFβ/Smad,NF-κB,PI3 K/Akt and other signaling pathways to exert anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and other effects,reduce extracellular matrix depo-sition and the production of inflammatory factors,thereby improving pulmonary fibrosis.However,although TCM monomers have shown great potential application value in the experimental research of pulmonary fibrosis,the current research is mostly limited to the surface layer,and the research on targets and mechanisms needs to be deepened,and there is also a lack of further clinical research validation.Therefore,in the future,the pharmacological mechanism of TCM monomers in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis should be further ex-plored,the connection between basic research and clinical application should be strengthened,and the research results should be applied to clinical practice.关键词
