Treatment of Freezing Gait Based on"Brain Marrow-Brain Shen-Brain Qi"
摘要
Abstract
Patients with freezing gait basically belong to brain Qi disease.Yang deficiency,Fire failure and incomplete medullary sea in-duced insufficient metaplasia of brain Qi as the root cause of the disease.In clinics,from the perspective of"brain marrow-brain Shen-brain Qi",it is pointed out that Kidney deficiency and brain Qi deficiency are the basis for the occurrence of freezing gait.With the progression of the disease,the brain Qi is stagnant and cannot fill the head of the medullary sea,and the dysfunction of Shen unable to control the movement of the limbs;In the later stage of the disease,the Qi deficiency injures the marrow and results in apraxia and weakness of the limbs,and even physical and mental exhaustion.The clinical treatment is mainly to replenish the Kidney and marrow,to invigorate Qi and restore the Shen.At the same time,the situation of Phlegm,Turbidity,stasis and Toxin should be paid great attention in the whole treatment process,with syndrome differentiation.关键词
