基于"气络""血络"探析缺血性脑白质病的病机及辨治
Pathogenesis and Treatment of Ischemic Leukoencephalopathy Based on"Qi collateral"and"Blood collateral"Theory
摘要
Abstract
Ischemic leukoencephalopathy is a common disease in the elderly,which is located in the brain,and the basic pathogenesis is"Qi deficiency and stagnation and blood stasis in collateral"in the brain.By comparing the function and operation distribution of the brain structure with the"Qi collateral"and"blood collateral",it is speculated that the solid structure of the brain Qi network is the brain neural network,and the solid structure of the brain blood network is the brain microcirculatory system.Ischemic leukoencephalopa-thy is a process from"Qi collateral"to"Qi and blood injury"and"blood collateral"as disease,and it is a process from cranial nerve metabolic dysfunction to cerebral microcirculation disorder,from shallow to deep,from mild to severe,deficiency and stagnation through-out the whole course of the disease.Therefore,in treatment of ischemic leukoencephalopathy,it is necessary to treat both Qi and blood.At the same time,it is supplemented by turbidity and lipid reduction for pathological products such as Phlegm and Turbidity.Timely di-agnosis and treatment of ischemic leukoencephalopathy can improve the quality of life of the elderly.关键词
