摘要

Abstract

Low transformation temperature welding materials have significant advantages in improving the fatigue life of welded structures due to their ability to undergo phase transition at lower temperatures,reducing residual stresses in the welded joint.Fatigue failure is usually the main failure mode of high stress welded structures,but low transformation temperature welding materials significantly improve the fatigue resistance and crack propagation resistance of joints by reducing welding stress concentration.The principle of using low transformation temperature welding materials to improve residual stress in welds is introduced,the research progress of low transformation temperature welding materials at home and abroad is listed,the problems that arise in the application process of this type of welding material is analyzed,and future development direction is pointed out.
