摘要

Abstract

To investigate the influence of the various process parameters on the temperature field during the laser welding of 6063 aluminum alloy,the study utilized 2 mm thick 6063 aluminum alloy as the experimental material and systematically analyzed the tensile properties and the thermal behavior of the welded joints through both the experimental testing and the numerical simulation.The tensile test results show that as the laser power and welding speed increase,the tensile strength of the joints initially increases and subsequently decreases.The tensile strength of the joint reached 76.5%of that of the base material under a laser power of 1.4 kW and a welding speed of 25 mm/s.The laser welding process was simulated using ABAQUS software,and the model accuracy was verified by comparing the cross-sectional morphology of the simulated and actual molten pool under the different process parameters.With the increase of laser power and the decrease of welding speed,the temperature at the weld center rises,and its melting width and melting depth are positively correlated with the heat input.
