带对接间隙的316H激光深熔填丝焊接技术研究
Research on Welding Technology of 316H Laser Deep Penetration Filler Wire with Butt Gap

Abstract
To meet the engineering application requirements for laser welding of plates with butt gaps,laser deep penetration welding experiments with wire feed were conducted on 12 mm thick 316H stainless steel plates featuring butt joints.The key laser welding parameters,such as wire feeding speed,groove gap,and welding speed,were calculated theoretically and verified through experiments;thus,the optimum welding parameters for achieving high quality weld formation were obtained.The experimental results indicate that a wire feeding speed of 40 mm/s,a welding speed of 30 mm/s,a laser power of 8.5 kW,a defocus amount of-5 mm,and a weld gap of 0.1 mm represent the optimal process parameters for achieving high-quality weld formation.The theoretical calculations of the wire feeding speed to welding speed ratio are in close agreement with the corresponding values obtained from the experimental optimization,with the relative error maintained within 3.6%.Furthermore,both non-destructive testing,physical and chemical property evaluations of the welded specimens satisfied the required standards.关键词
