低品位锂辉石矿浮选过程中细泥的迁移走向及其调控策略

Abstract
The effective control of mineral fine slime is one of the difficulties in the flotation of spodumene ore.This study was based on the ore properties of a low-grade spodumene mine in Sichuan Province,and investigated the effects of high selective collectors,grinding fineness,rough flotation time,and slime control process on the flotation effect of lithium minerals and mineral fine slime.The results show that the mineral state of the floating products is different during different rough selection time periods.The relatively coarse-grained spodumene minerals will quickly float up,while fine-grained spodumene minerals and lithium-rich intergrowth minerals will subsequently float up.The floating of mineral slimes is relatively delayed;By utilizing the difference in flotation rate between mineral fines and target minerals,it is recommended to adopt the process flow of full-size feed-lithium rapid flotation-regrinding and elution of drug-controlled mud,which can obtain lithium concentrate with the Li2O grade of 5.76%and the Li2O recovery rate of 86.30%.This process has good mineral sorting selectivity and strong adaptability to ores with complex mineral micro particles.The research results can provide reference for efficient mud control flotation of low-grade spodumene ore.关键词
