聚丙烯酰胺选择性絮凝浮选磷石膏试验研究
Experimental study on phosphogypsum by selective flocculation flotation of polyacrylamide

Abstract
Phosphogypsum is a solid waste generated in the wet-process phosphoric acid industry,and long-term storage can cause environmental pollution and resource waste.The particle size range of phosphogypsum is 5-150 μm,and the fine-grained gypsum contained in it are hard to be effectively recovered,which restricts the efficient resource utilization of phosphogypsum.This paper first explored the effect of polyacrylamide(PAM)on the flotation behavior of fine-grained gypsum through pure mineral flotation tests,and analyzed the strengthening mechanism of PAM on fine-grained gypsum flotation through scanning electron microscopy and particle size testing.Finally,the influence behavior of PAM was further verified through actual phosphogypsum flotation tests.The results show that the addition of PAM was beneficial for improving the flotation indicators of phosphogypsum.When the sulfuric acid dosage is 1 000 g/t,PAM dosage is 75 g/t,and GE-609 dosage is 200 g/t,compared with the phosphogypsum concen-trate without PAM,the recovery rate of CaSO4·2H2O increased from 93.50%to 97.23%,and the whiteness increased from 57.01%to 59.90%;The addition of PAM promotes the selective flocculation of fine-grained phospho-gypsum,causing the fine particles to float up and thereby improving the recovery rate of phosphogypsum flotation.关键词
