摘要

Abstract

In the process of producing lithium carbonate using salt lake brine,boron element is the main impurity component that interferes with product quality,distributed in various process stages of product processing.This paper investigated the distribution and forms of boron element in the brine of a domestic salt lake during the production of lithium carbonate at different stages by tracking and studying their content.The results show that during the lithium extraction process using the old brine adsorption method,90.693%of boron element enter the adsorption tail liquid,and 9.307%of boron element enter the subsequent system with the lithium extraction desorption liquid;The boron el-ement in the qualified lithium extraction solution is concentrated in the fourth stage reverse osmosis fresh water,nano-filtration concentrated water,and boron excluded effluent,accounting for 47.55%,11.37%,and 13.97%of the total boron mass in the qualified solution,respectively;The four-stage reverse osmosis concentrate and the primary resin boron-removed effluent are identified as more suitable raw materials for boron extraction.
