Discussion on the optimal mode for the coupling development of green hydrogen and coal power
摘要
Abstract
The coupling development of green hydrogen and coal power under the"carbon peaking and carbon neu-trality"goal is becoming a new direction for energy transformation.This paper explored the necessity and feasibility of coupling green hydrogen with coal power,analyzed the current development status,development modes,and conside-rations for constructing the optimal modes,and proposed relevant policy recommendations.Green hydrogen,as a clean energy source,is crucial for the low-carbon transformation of the coal power industry and has an urgent develop-ment demand.At present,there are various coupling modes,including coal-to-hydrogen coupled with carbon capture and storage,low-cost and large-scale water electrolysis for hydrogen(oxygen)production,coal gasification with hydrogen blending or green ammonia combustion,oxy-fuel combustion,hydrogenation of carbon dioxide to produce green methanol,fuel cells,and carbon-hydrogen-wind-solar-electricity coupling models,etc.In addition,when con-structing the optimal modes,technical and economic factors should be comprehensively considered.Finally,the direc-tion of the coupled development of green hydrogen and coal power was discussed in terms of technology,market mechanisms,and market integration.关键词
