Abstract

Based on the DPSIR model,a comprehensive evaluation indicator system for the"Four Waters and Four Determinations"in Xingtai City was constructed.This study deeply analyzed the water resource status and water use structure in the region,as well as the basic indicators of the"Four Waters and Four Determinations."By employing the symmetric interaction entropy method,the coupling coordination degree model was further established to evaluate the development coordination among subsystems.The results indicated that the overall situation of the"Four Waters and Four Determinations"system in Xingtai City was on a continuous and positive development trend.Among the subsystems,the Pressure(P)subsystem had a better evaluation value than the others,while the Driving Force(D)subsystem showed the largest fluctuation in comprehensive evaluation values.The coupling coordination degree between subsystems was in a severe disequilibrium stage from 2001 to 2017,and had shifted from disequilibrium to coordination after 2018.The Impact(I)and Response(R)subsystems were identified as the key factors influencing the coordinated development of the entire system.The industrial structure and water use structure of Xingtai City still need further optimization and adjustment to address the critical constraints.The findings of this study can provide references for the optimal allocation of water resources in Xingtai City.
