Soil and Water Conservation in Production and Construction Projects in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
To effectively promote the high-quality development of soil and water conservation work,the publicly available materials from different periods were reviewed in this study,the issues at various stages were analyzed,and their underlying causes were explored.It is recommended that construction entities clarify their responsibilities for soil erosion prevention during the construction management and implementation phases.Regulatory authorities should establish formal channels for obtaining design-related materials,remove soil and water conservation monitoring from the market,incorporate it into administrative supervision,and implement supervisory monitoring.Industry management departments were encouraged to conduct specialized training.The focus of soil and water conservation in production and construction projects lay in strengthening oversight by water administrative authorities while promoting standardized industry management to foster a healthy order in consulting services.关键词
