Diversified Investment and Financing Mechanisms for Eco-Environmental Protection Projects with Different Revenue-Generating Attributes:A Case Study of One Western Province
摘要
Abstract
This study examines the actual situation of ecological and environmental project financing in one western province of China,using over 1500 real projects including special fiscal funds,bank financing,and green credit projects.The analysis reveals issues such as a lack of coordination in public fiscal investments,financing difficulties in the ecological sector,and insufficient financial support.The study suggests improving targeted public investment,innovating quasi-public mechanisms to enhance ecological product value,and guiding financial support towards ecological projects and enterprises.关键词
