摘要

Abstract

In order to determine the effects of copper and ethylene treatments on the biosynthesis of transresveratrol in peanut seedling roots under UV pretreatment,the biosynthesis of trans-resveratrol in peanut seedling roots by liquid chromatogram and performed transcriptome sequencing were measured.The results showed that the transresveratrol biosynthesis in the roots of peanut seedlings treated with 0.1 mmol·L-1 copper and 5.0 mmol·L-1 ethylene were significantly lower than that treated with 0.1 mmol·L-1 copper or 5.0 mmol·L-1 alone.Transcriptome data analysis showed that the expression patterns of key genes such as PAL1,CYP73A2,4CL3,5MAT,PMAT1 and STS3 were consistent with the change trend of trans-resveratrol biosynthesis under each treatment.The expression pattern of MYB308 and STS3 gene was consistent,and the prediction results of binding sites indicated that MYB308 should be a transcription factor of STS3.
