普通小球藻—浒苔互作对养殖尾水中氮吸收的影响
Effect of Chlorella vulgaris-Ulva prolifera interaction on nitrogen absorption in aquaculture tailwater

Abstract
To investigate the growth characteristics of Chlorella vulgaris and Ulva prolifera under co-culture condi-tions and their nitrogen absorption efficiency in aquaculture tailwater,2 L of boiled-sterilized shrimp aquaculture tailwater was inoculated with U.prolifera at 0.50 g/L(wet weight).Subsequently,C.vulgaris was added at den-sities of 5×106 cells/mL(biomass 0.26 g/L;Group A),10×106 cells/mL(0.51 g/L;Group B),and 15×106 cells/mL(0.77 g/L;Group C).Monocultures of C.vulgaris at the same densities(Groups D,E,F)and U.prolifera alone at 0.50 g/L(Group G)were established,along with a uninoculated control(Group H).All cultures were maintained at 26℃under 2 000 lx indoor lighting for 16 d.Results showed that both C.vulgaris and U.prolifera exhibited a growth inhibitory tendency.As the inoculum size of C.vulgaris increased,its inhibitory effect on the growth of U.prolifera was enhanced.Throughout the experiment,concentrations of total ammonia ni-trogen(TAN),NO2--N,and NO3--N in Groups A-G significantly decreased compared to Group H(P<0.05).At the end of the experiment,Groups A and B exhibited significantly higher TAN absorption rates than their corre-sponding C.vulgaris monocultures(Groups D and E;P<0.05),while no significant difference was observed be-tween Group C and Group F(P>0.05).The TAN absorption rates of Groups A,B,and C showed no significant difference compared to Group G(P>0.05).The NO2--N and NO3--N absorption rates in Groups A,B,and C were significantly higher than those in Groups D,E,and F(P<0.05).Group A exhibited significantly lower ab-sorption rates for both NO2--N and NO3--N compared to Group G(P<0.05).Group B showed no significant differ-ence in NO2--N absorption rate versus Group G(P>0.05),but its NO3--N absorption rate was significantly higher than that of Group G(P<0.05).Group C exhibited significantly higher absorption rates for both NO2--N and NO3--N than Group G(P<0.05).These findings demonstrate that co-culture of C.vulgaris and U.prolifera results in mutual growth inhibition.When the inoculum size of C.vulgaris exceeds that of U.prolifera,the co-cul-ture system exhibits significant absorption of NO2--N from aquaculture tailwater.Furthermore,when the inoculum size of C.vulgaris is equal to or greater than that of U.prolifera,it effectively absorbs NO3--N.关键词
