天然海水与人工海水对2种海洋微藻生长和生化组分的影响
Effects of natural seawater and artificial seawater on the growth and biochem-ical components of two marine microalgal species

Abstract
The quality of aquaculture seawater is one of the key environmental factors affecting the growth of dia-toms.Therefore,clarifying the effects of different aquaculture seawater(natural seawater and artificial seawater)on the growth of marine microalgae has important practical guidance significance for the cultivation of marine mi-croalgae in inland areas.This study selected 5 types of sea crystals produced in different regions and compared and analyzed the effects of natural seawater and artificial seawater on the growth and biochemical components of Phaeo-dactylum tricornutum and Skeletonema costatum.The results showed that the growth of P.tricornutum and S.costa-tum cultured in natural seawater was basically the same as that of the artificial seawater group prepared with Hairui-jia sea crystal(S).On the 10th day of cultivation,the cell densities of the two algae were 91.83%and 96.50%of the control group,respectively,and were higher than those of the artificial seawater treatment groups prepared with other sea crystals.In addition,the biochemical indicators of the artificial seawater group prepared with S are not significantly different from those of the natural seawater treatment group.It should be pointed out that in the artifi-cial seawater prepared with sea crystal(T),the adaptation period of P.tricornutum and S.costatum was signifi-cantly prolonged,and their growth was significantly inhibited.By the 10th day of cultivation,the algal cell densi-ties of the two microalgae were only 20.31%and 0.13%of the control group,respectively.In summary,Hairuijia sea crystal in Changyi City,Shandong Province is expected to replace natural seawater for the cultivation of brown finger algae.关键词
