6种常用除草剂对蛇鮈幼鱼的急性毒性实验
Acute toxicity test of six common herbicides on juvenile Saurogobio dabryi

Abstract
Under static water conditions at a temperature of 22℃±2℃,an acute toxicity test was conducted on ju-venile Saurogobio dabryi using six common herbicides:butachlor,prometryn,cyhalofop-butyl,glufosinate-ammo-nium,lǜjing(a Chinese herbicide containing methiuron),and chúgēnjìng(a Chinese herbicide containing hexazi-none).The results showed that the 96 h median lethal concentrations(LC50)of the six herbicides on juvenile S.dabryi were 3.42 mg/L,6.47 mg/L,4.11 mg/L,2.57 mg/L,8.00 mg/L,and 4.04 mg/L,respectively,while the safe concentrations(SC)were 0.34 mg/L,0.65 mg/L,0.41 mg/L,0.26 mg/L,0.80 mg/L,and 0.40 mg/L,respectively.The sensitivity of juvenile S.dabryi to these herbicides varied,with the order from high-est to lowest toxicity being:glufosinate-ammonium>butachlor>chúgēnjìng>cyhalofop-butyl>prometryn>lǜjìng.关键词
