Abstract
In order to study the effect of hydraulic engineering on fish,this paper analyzed the genetic diversity and genetic structure of different Schizopygopsis younghusbandi populations on the main stream of Xiabuqu river using mitochondrial Cytb gene sequences.The results showed that the haplotype diversity(Hd)and nucleotide diversity(Pi)of the three Schizopygopsis young husbandi populations were not significantly different,and all of them were in the higher haplotype diversity(Hd>0.5)and lower nucleotide diversity(Pi<0.5%)levels.There was frequent gene exchange among the three populations and no significant genetic differentiation(FST<0.05,P>0.05;Nm>4).The results of the study provide basic information for assessing the effect of hydraulic engineering on fish.关键词
