Abstract
This study pioneers a systematic exploration of large-scale artificial incubation technology for Oncorhyn-chus mykiss eyed eggs utilizing Tianshan snowmelt water from Karez wells in Erbao Town,Hami City,Xinjiang,ad-dressing aquaculture challenges in arid regions characterized by water scarcity and temperature fluctuations.By in-tegrating precision water quality regulation,dynamic flow management,and multi-stage density adaptation strate-gies,the research established a high-efficiency,low-cost cold-water fish breeding model.A total of 100,000 trip-loid rainbow trout eyed eggs achieved an 91.56%hatching rate within 11 days,with post-hatching fry reaching an average body length of 4.5 cm and weight of 1.5 g per individual after 40 days of cultivation,alongside an 81%survival rate.The study identified three core advantages of Karez water:optimal mineralization(calcium-magnesi-um ion stability),thermodynamic consistency(annual water temperature fluctuation<±0.5℃at 12℃-15℃),and microbial safety(natural filtration through underground aquifers),providing a groundbreaking paradigm for cold-water fish industrialization in northwestern arid zones.关键词
