Abstract
This study conducted an experiment on the desalination,nursery cultivation,and adult shrimp farming of Litopenaeus vannamei in greenhouse concrete ponds in Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia,aiming to explore the feasibil-ity of industrialized freshwater aquaculture in cold northern regions.The experiment established greenhouse con-crete ponds equipped with microporous aeration systems,using groundwater as the water source.Through disinfec-tion,salinity adjustment(initial salinity 15‰,gradually reduced to 1.4‰),and water quality management,the desalination of L.vannamei larvae,nursery cultivation,and adult L.vannamei farming were successfully comple-ted.Results showed a survival rate of 77.1%during the desalination stage and 90.8%during the nursery stage.After 90 days of farming,adult L.vannamei reached an average body length of 14.1 cm,a weight of 15.2 g per in-dividual,with a total yield of 377.8 kg,generating an output value of approximately CNY 21 556.8 and a net profit of CNY 7 784.8.The experiment demonstrated that L.vannamei desalination farming in Chifeng can be achieved by regulating greenhouse water temperature(above 23℃),controlling stocking density(30 000～40 000 ind./mu),and strict water quality management(pH 7.8～8.6,dissolved oxygen≥6 mg/L).However,attention must be paid to seedling quality selection and the impact of climatic fluctuations on feeding strategies.This model pro-vides technical references for promoting L.vannamei farming in cold northern regions.关键词
