基于肝脾同调理论探讨小柴胡汤合当归芍药散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎
Exploring the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Minor Bupleurum Decoction Combined with Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder Based on the Liver-Spleen Coordination Theory

Abstract
The pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is characterized by dysfunction of the liver and spleen,with liver qi fail-ing to be unobstructed,the spleen being weak and unable to transport,and qi movement being abnormal,resulting in the disorder of as-cending and descending functions.This gradually leads to the formation of pathological products such as qi stagnation,food retention,de-pressed heat,phlegm-dampness,and blood stasis,etc.Various factors intermingle to cause disease,ultimately leading to malnutrition of the gastric body.Minor Bupleurum Decoction can regulate the function of the lesser yang meridian,soothe the liver,regulate qi,harmo-nize the spleen and stomach,thereby facilitating the smooth operation of the lesser yang meridian,ensuring the smooth flow of liver qi,and maintaining the orderly ascending of spleen qi and descending of the stomach qi.Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder can nourish yin and blood,regulate qi movement,and promote the smooth flow of qi and blood,enabling the gastric body to regain nourishment,ensu-ring smooth blood circulation in the gastric vessels,and improving glandular atrophy.Minor Bupleurum Decoction combined with Chi-nese Angelica and Peony Powder can simultaneously regulate the liver and spleen,use both cold and warm properties,employ pungent substances to open and bitter substances to descend,coordinate ascending and descending functions,treat qi and blood simultaneously,support the body's healthy qi and eliminate pathogenic factors,thus ensuring the smooth operation of the lesser yang meridian,regular liver qi release,balanced and vigorous ascending and descending of the middle energizer qi,abundant qi and blood production,restora-tion of the body's ability to transform and transport,smooth distribution of body fluids,and unobstructed qi and blood circulation.As a result,there will be no problems such as qi stagnation,dampness pathogen,depressed heat,or blood stasis,and the body will return to a state of yin-yang harmony and balance,leading to the resolution of all kinds of symptoms.关键词
