参归养荣汤治疗肾虚型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症疗效观察
Clinical Efficacy Observation of Shengui Yangrong Decoction in Treating Infertility Due to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome of Kidney Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengui Yangrong Decoction on infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of kidney deficiency type.Methods:A total of 100 patients with kidney deficiency-type PCOS infertility treated at the gynecolo-gy clinic of Kunshan Hospital Chinese Medicine of Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from October 2023 to October 2024 were divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received Letrozole,while the observation group received Shengui Yangrong Decoction orally in addition to the control group's treatment.The ovulation rate,pregnancy outcomes,clinical efficacy,changes in TCM syndrome scores,hormone levels[including estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),total testosterone(T)],insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),inflammatory factors[including tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)],fasting blood glucose(FBG),fast-ing serum insulin(INS),ovarian hemodynamic parameters[including uterine artery pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI)],Salle score,and quality of life(Chinese version of PCOS health-related quality of life questionnaire,Chi-PCOSQ)before and after treat-ment were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group showed a higher ovulation rate and lower pregnancy loss rate than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).The effective rate was 92.5％in the observation group versus 80.0％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores such as oligomenorrhea,weak chi pulse,etc.decreased signif-icantly in both groups(P＜0.05),with the observation group demonstrating lower scores for oligomenorrhea,low back pain,hair loss,and cold limbs than the control group,and all the differences are statistically significant(P＜0.05).Levels of LH,T,INS,HOMA-IR,IGF-1,TNF-α,and IL-6 decreased in both groups,with greater reductions in the observation group than the control group,and all the differences are statistically significant(P＜0.05).RI decreased and Salle score increased in both groups and all the differences are sta-tistically significant(P＜0.05),with significant differences in RI,PI,and Salle scores between the groups(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the Chi-PCOSQ scores before and after treatment in the control group(P＞0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the Chi-PCOSQ scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the scores of body weight,infertility,and menstrual disorders in the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shengui Yangrong Decoction can improve ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,ovarian hemo-dynamics,hormone levels,and quality of life in patients with kidney deficiency-type PCOS infertility.关键词
