滋肾泻火、利湿化瘀法治疗多囊卵巢综合征76例
On Treating 76 Cases of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Method of Nourishing the Kidney and Clearing Heat and Draining Dampness and Removing Blood Stasis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of method of nourishing the kidney and clearing heat and draining dampness and removing blood stasis on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 152 patients with PCOS were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 76 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with a self-designed formula based on the principle of nourishing kidney,clearing heat,draining dampness and removing blood stasis on the basis of the control group's treatment.The changes in ovarian volume,antral follicle count,ovulation rate,hormone levels[including follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hor-mone(LH),estradiol(E2)and testosterone(T)],quality of life and hair and acne scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the ovarian volume and antral follicle count of both groups were smaller than those be-fore treatment,and the ovulation rate was higher than that before treatment.The differences between the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and T in both groups were lower than those before treatment,while the level of E2 was higher than that before treatment.All the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The hair and acne scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group's above scores were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The quality of life scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the treatment group's above scores were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Method of nourishing the kid-ney,clearing heat,draining dampness and removing blood stasis can improve the clinical symptoms,ovarian function and hormone levels of PCOS patients,as well as enhance their quality of life.关键词
