桂枝茯苓丸对多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗及卵巢动脉血流的影响
The Effects of Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pills on Insulin Resistance and Ovarian Artery Blood Flow in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pills on insulin resistance and ovarian artery blood flow in pa-tients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 78 PCOS patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given conven-tional Western medicine treatment,while the experimental group was treated with Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pills in addition to the treat-ment of the control group.The changes in fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(INS),homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),sex hormone levels[including luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T)],ovarian artery blood flow parameters[including peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV),resistance index(RI)],and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the FBG,INS and HOMA-IR of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group's above indicators were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The PSV and EDV of both groups were higher than those before treatment,while the RI was low-er than that before treatment.All the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The T,LH and LH/FSH of the experimental group were lower than those before treatment and those of the control group after treatment,and the LH/FSH of the control group was lower than that before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group's above scores were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pills combined with Metformin Hydrochloride and Clomiphene Citrate can improve the TCM syndromes and insulin resistance of PCOS patients,regulate hormone levels,and effectively increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.关键词
