半夏泻心汤联合标准四联疗法对萎缩性胃炎患者Hp清除率、免疫功能及炎症因子的影响
The Effects of Pinellia Heart-DrainingDecoction Combined with Standard Quadruple Therapy on Hp Eradication Rate and Immune Function and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Pinellia Heart-DrainingDecoction combined with standard quadruple therapy on Hp eradi-cation rate,immune function and inflammatory factors in patients with atrophic gastritis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with atrophic gastritis treated at Laixi People's Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group using a randomized single-blind principle,with 60 cases each in each group.The control group received standard quadruple therapy,while the study group received Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction in addition to standard quadruple therapy.The changes in inflammatory factors,immune function,and Hp eradication rate were observed in both groups.Results:Compared with pre-treatment levels,TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6 levels significantly decreased in both groups after treatment,and all the difference were statis-tically significant(P＜0.05).Post-treatment TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6 levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and all the difference were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+ra-tios significantly increased,while CD8+decreased in both groups,and all the difference were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Post-treatment CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+ratios in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8+was low-er and all the difference were statistically significant(P＜0.05).TCM symptom scores,such as nausea,vomiting,bitter taste,dry mouth,epigastric burning,and epigastric pain,etc.significantly decreased in both groups after treatment(P＜0.05),with lower scores in the study group than those in the control group,and all the difference were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The Hp eradication rate was 96.67％in the study group,which was higher than 81.67％in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Pinellia Heart-DrainingDecoction combined with standard quadruple therapy can alleviate inflammatory responses,improve immune function,and enhance Hp eradication rates in patients with atrophic gastritis.关键词
