Literature Research on the Classic Famous Formula Fresh Ginger Heart-Draining Decoction Across Ancient and Modern Texts
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze ancient and modern literature on Fresh Ginger Heart-Draining Decoction,investigating its historical ori-gin,drug composition,dosage,preparation,decocting and administration methods,and clinical applications across different ages.Meth-ods:Ancient literature analysis:Materials from the library of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine,and databases,such as Guoyi Dian-cang,Shidian Ancient Books,and Ancient Books on the Standardization of Chinese Writing,etc.were retrieved using"Fresh Ginger Heart-Draining Decoction"as the keyword.At the same time,photocopy or original ancient books were looked up for content review.Modern literature analysis:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform were used as sources of information,and"Fresh Ginger Heart-Draining Decoction"was used as the keyword or theme for retrieval.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to February 2025.Results:A total of 489 ancient records were collected,spanning 188 classical texts,confirming the formula originated from Zhang Zhongjing's Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases.Its composition was as fol-lows:Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiveris Recens),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Renshen(Radix Ginseng),Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingib-eris),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae),Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae),Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis)and Dazao(Fructus Jujubae),The formula has functions of harmonizing the stomach,dissipating masses and nodules,and dispersing water accumulation.Modern literature analysis included a total of 110 valid articles,treating diseases involving multiple systems such as the digestive system,urinary system,endocrine system,etc.Among them,there were a total of 85 articles on digestive system diseases,such as delayed diarrhea,reflux esoph-agitis,and functional dyspepsia,accounting for 77.27％.Conclusion:Through textual research on relevant information of Fresh Ginger Heart-Draining Decoction,this study has sorted out its historical origins,obtained key information such as the drug composition,dosage,preparation,decocting and administration methods,ancient and modern clinical applications,providing reference for the clinical practice and later development and research.关键词
