湖南生态农业高质量发展的制约因素与发展策略
The Constraints and Development Strategies for the High-Quality Development of Ecological Agriculture in Hunan Province

Abstract
As one of the overlapping areas of the important ecological barrier of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the"major grain production base",Hunan shoulders dual missions of ensuring national food security and maintaining regional ecological security.Based on clarifying the value and contemporary significance of ecological agriculture construction,this paper analyzes the challenges faced by the development of ecological agriculture in Hunan,and explores strategies to promote the high-quality development of ecological agriculture in Hunan,with the aim of providing certain references for promoting the green transformation of agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The construction of ecological agriculture is necessary to break through the ecological predicament of traditional agriculture and develop green productive forces.It is also a key agricultural solution to address climate change,a new driving force for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,and a requirement for building a beautiful China.It holds multiple values and contemporary significance.The challenges currently faced by the development of ecological agriculture in Hunan are analyzed from aspects such as the intensification of resource,environment and infrastructure constraints,the inefficient conversion of ecological value,the shortage of human resources,the need for improvement in the management level,and the need to strengthen scientific and technological innovation and promotion.In response to these challenges,the paper proposes strategies to promote the high-quality development of ecological agriculture in Hunan:to promote the agricultural supply-side structural reform,and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural development mode;to strengthen the driving force of scientific and technological innovation,and build a green technology system;to strengthen the service system construction for the development of ecological agriculture;to improve policy and institutional guarantees,and stimulate the vitality of multiple entities.关键词
