典型航空装备维修保障能力评估指标体系研究OA

Typical aviation equipment maintenance support is a complex system engineering,the evaluation of its support abil-ity in the service stage is an important means to test the combat effectiveness,and the establishment of a scientific and effective in-dex system is the basis of evaluation.Starting from the statistics of equipment maintenance support strengths,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of equipment maintenance support capability by using the improved Deming circle FOCUS-PDCA method,and obtains eight main factors,including personnel management and training ability,equipment repair and rescue ability,apparatus supply,and wartime support.The concept and relationship of each factor are expounded and the evaluation index system of typical aviation equipment maintenance support capability is constructed.
