Professor Li Yan's Clinical Application Cases of Jiawei Qingjingsan in Gynecology
摘要
Abstract
Qingjingsan,created by the physician Fu Shan in the late Ming Dynasty and early Qing Dynasty,originates from Fu Qingzhu's Obstetrics and Gynecology.As a famous prescription for the treatment of menstrual disorders,it is used to clear heat,cool blood,stop bleeding,and regulate menstruation.The original formula is composed of Herba Artemisiae Annuae,Chinese wolfberry root-bark,Cortex Moutan(Radicis),Cortex Phellodendri,Poria,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,and Radix Paeoniae Alba,which is used for treating excessive menstrual bleeding due to excessive Yang and blood heat.Director Li Yan,an expert in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)from Shanxi Province,summed up many years of clinical experience and modified the original formula.The modified formula Jiawei Qingjingsan enhances the effects of clearing heat without injuring Yin and stabilizing the bleeding by dispelling heat,demonstrating a wider scope of treatment.It is used clinically in the treatment of many common gynecological diseases,achieving good results.While learning from Li Yan for more than a year,the authors have discovered that the formula is used frequently by her.The formula has shown significant efficacy in different diseases.Therefore,professor Li Yan's experience and medical records were illustrated below.关键词
