Professor Jin Xiaojing's Experience in Treating Helicobacter pylori-Associated Gastritis Following the Principle of"Clearing Damp-Heat,Regulating Qi,and Eliminating Pathogenic Toxins"

Abstract
Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-associated gastritis is a disease category in which traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment demonstrates distinct advantages.As antibiotic resistance continues to rise,and adverse reactions become more frequent,the therapeutic benefits of TCM are gradually emerging.Professor Jin Xiaojing,a representative of the Jinling Medical School,identified damp-heat in the spleen and stomach as the core pathogenesis of Hp-associated gastritis and recognized the key stage characterized by primary clinical symptoms,as well as persistent and intractable conditions.He proposed the treatment principles of"clearing damp-heat,regulating Qi,and eliminating pathogenic toxins"and applied a modified Xinpu Decoction accordingly,achieving significant clinical efficacy.关键词
