摘要
Abstract
Allergic rhinitis is a disease characterized by recurrent nasal congestion,itching,sneezing,and runny nose.The basic pathogenesis of this disease is dysfunction of zang-fu organs and invasion of external pathogens.Professor Qiu Mingyi believes that this disease is closely related to the dysfunction of the liver and spleen,and its pathogenesis is failure of clear yang to ascend due to spleen-stomach deficiency or qi movement obstruction due to the disharmony between the liver and stomach.Accordingly,two treatment principles are put forward.One is invigorating the spleen and stomach and banking up earth to generate metal,thereby restoring the roles of spleen and stomach as the sources of generation and transformation.The other is harmonizing lesser yang,suppressing the counterflow of liver qi and reinforcing spleen qi,thus regulating the ascending and descending of liver qi and spleen qi.Both treatment principles demonstrate significant therapeutic effects.关键词
