Abstract
To enhance the reliability and timeliness of data acquisition and monitoring in the Yangtze to Huaihe water diversion project and to enable visualization through 3D modeling technology,a remote centralized monitoring system was developed.The system is built based on GIS,BIM,and related scheduling model algorithms,using a front-end and back-end separation archi-tecture with Spring Boot and Vue.This paper elaborated on the design concept and practical application of the system from the perspectives of construction approach,technical framework,model integration,and functional module design.After being put into operation,the system had significantly improved the reliability and timeliness of monitoring data and greatly shortened e-mergency response times.Additionally,it enabled visualized management,meeting the dispatch center's requirements for both centralized scheduling across hubs and local operations.It also supported multi-level and multi interface interaction and query between monitoring data and 3D models,achieving automatic monitoring and control of mechanical and electrical equipment in various hubs of the Yangtze River to Huaihe River water diversion project,laying a solid foundation for the high-quality devel-opment of smart water conservancy in the Yangtze River to Huaihe River water diversion project.关键词
