Discussion on the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer and its precancerous lesions from the perspective of"five-dimensional differentiation"
摘要
Abstract
Based on the five dimensions of"individual,syndrome,disease,pathogenesis and symptom"in the clinical identification and prevention of gastric cancer and its precancerous lesions,this study aims to cope with the dilemma of their inconspicuous onset,complex and prolonged process,unpredictable changes,and poor prognosis.In the process of diagnosis and treatment,it is important to view the idea of"differentiation"as the kernel of the diagnosis and treatment methods.Firstly,differentiate individuals,identifying the characteristics of susceptible populations,and reducing the possibility of risk factors from the root.Secondly,differentiate syndromes,grasping the characteristics of syndromes at various stages,and paying attention to the dynamic evolution of the disease.Thirdly,differentiate the disease,as clarifying the disease name is of great significance for working out its principal treatment method,paying attention to screening the differences and correspondence between the disease names in Chinese and western medicine.Fourthly,differentiate its pathogenesis,integrating the causes of the disease in traditional Chinese medicine and the molecular mechanisms in modern medicine,to draw on their roles of guidance and verifying.Fifthly,differentiate its symptoms,discerning the connection between the clinical manifestations and the innate nature of the disease and the process of reverse inference verification.On the whole,the clinical identification and prevention of gastric cancer and its precancerous lesions,based on the five dimensions,help to achieve the clinical objectives of preventing diseases,treating existing diseases,and preventing disease transmission.关键词
