补肾法在带状疱疹后神经痛治疗中的运用
Application of the kidney tonifying therapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia
摘要
Abstract
Herpes zoster is a disease caused by the varicella-zoster virus lurking in the posterior root ganglia of the spinal cord or the sensory ganglia of cranial nerves.The virus is activated when the body's immune system is weakened and travels down the sensory nerves to the skin,according with the characteristics of an exogenous disease caused by dormant pathogenic factors in traditional Chinese medicine.The pathogenesis of postherpetic neuralgia remains unclear,yet it often causes sleep and emotional disorders,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients.The lurking sites of the herpes zoster pathogen fall within the categories of"brain marrow"and"spinal cord"in traditional Chinese medicine.As an exogenous disease caused by hidden pathogenic factors,kidney deficiency is a prerequisite for its onset,which runs through the entire process of the disease,and central nervous system lesions account for its development and difficulty in treatment.It is known in TCM that the kidney stores essence,and essence generates marrow,and marrow fills the brain,so the use of kidney tonifying drugs in its treatment can alleviate or repair central nervous system lesions,thereby relieve pain.The paper argues that treating postherpetic neuralgia from the perspective of kidney can serve as an effective supplement to treating it from the perspective of blood stasis,providing a new idea for the treatment of this disease.关键词
