基于宗气功能失常探讨心房颤动和衰弱综合征共同病机及异病同治
Exploring the common pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation and frailty and their treatment with the same method from the perspective of dysfunction in Zongqi

Abstract
Atrial fibrillation is the most common persistent arrhythmia in the elderly.Frailty is a multidimensional,multi-system aging syndrome characterized by a reduction in physiological reserves across multiple systems,leading to increased vulnerability to stress events.Both conditions share numerous common risk factors and often coexist,influencing each other and severely impairing the health of the elderly.From the perspective of dysfunction in Zongqi(ancestral qi),this paper explores the roles of Zongqi dysfunction in the common risk factors of atrial fibrillation and frailty,as well as in the progression of these two conditions.It posits that deficiency and impeded circulation of Zongqi are common pathogeneses in both atrial fibrillation and frailty,and suggests that regulating and supplementing Zongqi be applied for treating the two different diseases with the same method.关键词
