Exploring the pathogenesis and treatment strategies of intrauterine adhesions from the perspective of"blocked blood movement causing water retention"in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber
摘要
Abstract
Intrauterine adhesions are a common disease that causes amenorrhea in women,with a high postoperative reattachment rate.This disease can not only induce patients'menstrual disorders and infertility,but also lead to habitual abortion.This article analyzes the application of the"co-treating blood stasis and water retention"method in intrauterine adhesions based on the theory of"blocked blood movement causing water retention"documented in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.It is concluded that intrauterine adhesions are caused by"blood deficiency"throughout the entire process,and blood water stagnation is an important factor in the development of the disease.Over time,blood stasis and water retention interact with each other,causing adhesion and blockage in the uterus.The causes for"blood deficiency"include external injuries caused by sharp metal objects,invasion of toxins,and kidney deficiency and qi stagnation.Due to the significant damage caused by intrauterine adhesions to female reproductive health,attention should be paid to the combination of prevention and treatment:When the disease does not occur yet,it is necessary to nourish the kidney and blood,strengthen body resistance,promote blood circulation,regulate qi,and prevent water retention.When the disease does occur,it is necessary to remove water retention and blood stasis,eliminate pathogenic factors,nourish the kidney,generate blood,and consolidate healthy qi.When blood stasis,water retention,and toxins co-exist in the uterus,clearing toxins,promoting blood circulation,and promoting diuresis should be kept in balance.After surgery,medication should be adjusted according to varying surgical methods:Patients receiving cold knife conization should be treated by promoting blood circulation,stopping bleeding,and replenishing blood,while patients receiving electrocision should be treated by clearing heat,removing toxins,and cooling blood.In summary,the concept of treating blood stasis and water retention together can provide a theoretical reference for the clinical treatment of intrauterine adhesions.关键词
