Analysis of TCM master Huang Jinming's syndrome differentiation characteristics in the treatment of Gudao diseases of Zhuang medicine

Abstract
Gudao diseases refer to a series of lesions caused by obstruction or dysfunction of Gudao.Professor Huang Jinming suggests that in the process of syndrome differentiation of Gudao diseases,varying affected parts in Gudao should be first distinguished to identify and categorize the involved diseases,followed by the differentiation of toxic turbid and qi deficiency,identifying their syndromes based on the various pathogenic factors of cold,heat,deficiency,and excess.According to the properties of cold and heat,the syndrome of toxic turbid in Gudao diseases can be further divided into the syndrome of toxic turbid combined with heat,combined with fire,and combined with cold.Gudao diseases with the syndrome of qi deficiency present multiple forms of development,which can be specifically divided into Gudao diseases with the syndrome of qi deficiency,with the syndrome of qi stagnation,with the syndrome of reversed flow of qi,with the syndrome of qi sinking,with the syndrome of blood stasis,with the syndrome of food retention,with the syndrome of blood deficiency,with the syndrome of yang deficiency and with the syndrome of yin deficiency.These syndromes in Gudao diseases can be combined or mutually transformed,and their roles should be distinguished.关键词
