王檀从胆胃郁热论治肺痹经验
Wang Tan's experience in the treatment of lung impediment from the perspective of heat stagnation in the gallbladder and stomach
摘要
Abstract
Lung impediment in traditional Chinese medicine,or interstitial lung disease,is a severe respiratory disease.Professor Wang Tan has been engaged in its clinical research for decades,and has worked out a complete treatment system.He holds that its core pathogenesis is deficient cold in the stomach and kidney,as well as obstruction in lung collaterals.Lung qi deficiency constitutes the basis of the disease,while exogenous diseases or internal injuries and other causes can induce acute aggravation of the disease.Among them,the most common factors are the syndrome of stagnated heat in the gallbladder and stomach,and the syndrome of internal disturbance of phlegm heat.Nowadays,people's living habits and dietary preferences affect the qi movement in the middle jiao,so that the middle jiao mediation function gets weak,and fire stagnation generates in the body.As it moves upward and disturbs the lung,a syndrome of heat stagnation develops in the gallbladder and stomach.Wang Tan frequently applies modified Haoqin Qingtan decoction to deal with the disease.This paper summarizes his experience in this aspect and a medical case is attached to it as evidence.关键词
