Research progress of Fuling Xingren Gancao Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease through PI3K/Akt pathway-mediated macrophage
摘要
Abstract
Fuling Xingren Gancao Decoction is originated from the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber and is mainly used to treat chest obstruction and heartache,which belong to the category of coronary heart disease(CHD)in modern medicine.Lipid deposition and plaque formation leading to atherosclerosis are important features in the development of CHD,and macrophage proliferation,migration,phenotypic changes,and apoptosis play important roles in atherosclerosis.Fuling Xingren Gancao Decoction is closely related to the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,which plays a key role in regulating macrophage survival,polarization,autophagy,and lipid metabolism.Therefore,this article explores the treatment of CHD based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern research progress of Fuling Xingren Gancao Decoction.关键词
