机器人导航系统辅助CT引导下腹部病变经皮穿刺手术的应用
Application of robotic navigation system-assisted CT-guided percutaneous puncture for abdominal lesions
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate and compare the accuracy and safety of robot-assisted navigation system for CT-guided percutaneous abdominal lesion puncture against that of conventional freehand puncture techniques.Methods:40 patients who underwent abdominal puncture procedures at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from August 2021 to November 2021 were enrolled.Participants were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=20)and the control group(n=20)using the sealed envelope method. The experimental group underwent puncture positioning via robot-assisted navigation system, while the control group received conventional freehand puncture positioning. The primary outcome was the first-pass success rate of puncture, and secondary outcomes included intraoperative needle adjustment frequency and number of CT scans. Results:The experimental group achieved a significantly higher first-pass success rate(100%)compared to the control group(0%)(P<0.01).The experimental group required no needle adjustments and had an average of 2.98 CT scans, which were significantly better than the control group's 1.85 needle adjustments and 4.80 CT scans(P<0.01).Minor bleeding occurred in both groups, requiring no specific treatment. The complication rate in the experimental group(10%)was lower than that in the control group(20%).Conclusion:Robot-assisted navigation system for CT-guided percutaneous puncture procedures has significant advantages in improving first-pass success rate and reducing CT scan frequency, alongside favorable safety outcomes.关键词
